Re: Please make driver avatar sit more natural in FS19

With all due respect, you're both incredibly off the mark. Re-positioning of a character model is exceedingly easy. The animations are also not complicated; they are basic skeleton movements. Not sure why you think "physiology and anatomy" needs to be more "detailed" to simply change a seated posit...

Re: PC Requirements

As has already been mentioned, the GPU will be your limiting factor. The 13” MB Pros come with the Intel Iris Pro GPU. While it is probably the best of the built-in GPUs out there, it is not the same as a dedicated GPU from Nvidia or AMD. The good news is that the laptop will probably run the game. ...

Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!

I wouldn’t count them out just yet. Notice that the Gregoire-Besson Trailed Lifter is showing up on the equipment list for ‘19. Unless one feels a strange need to pull trailed three-point implements with cars or trucks, I can’t think of another reason to include that unless the Buds are in. I would...

Re: [FS19]Fact Sheet Friday

Can anyone tell me the differnce between a 6R and a 6M I’m never been around Deere in real life so I don’t have a clue The R models are the top of the line, M is mid-range. (The E models are the entry level.) The R generally offers higher power options, better transmissions, better hydraulics, and m...

Re: Farming Simulator 19: Farm like never before!

I have a strong suspicion that my Big Buds will be gone in 19 😢 I wouldn’t count them out just yet. Notice that the Gregoire-Besson Trailed Lifter is showing up on the equipment list for ‘19. Re: Will there be a new hardware bundle?

Yeah, any new bundles should probably have been announced by now. Am I correct in understanding ForceFeedback is still not implemented in Farming Simulator? There is a gearbox mod on GitHub Yeah, gearbox mod is cool. I was just hoping for something a bit more “plug and play”. I don’t think I’ve hea...

Re: Will there be a new hardware bundle?

I don’t know anything you don’t, but my instinct is no. Otherwise, I figure it would have been announced by now. But, I share the sentiment; my Saitek gear is in the same boat as yours. So, I’m hoping force feedback and gear shift/clutch support will be built in. In that case, I’ll probably switch t...

Re: Please make driver avatar sit more natural in FS19

Yeah...I don’t think that is nearly as easy as you might think it is. They would need to make their modeling of human physiology and anatomy a lot more detailed. Then, they would have to make the mechanics of the avatar’s interaction with the cab and controls more detailed (or it would still look un...

Re: Tractor tires and versions

I'd like to see the front 3 point linkage as an option on the tractors too. Not everyone needs it especially on smaller tractors like the 90hp hurlimann I’d agree on that point, even for the bigger tractors. Most of the time, I only have a weight on the front of my biggest machines. For those, I’d ...

Re: Small - Medium - Large tractors criterion...

Not that it is bad, but the game glosses over that aspect for simplicity. Notice there is nothing about weights and dimensions in the store. Also, note that it is possible to attach even the largest three-point implements to any tractor (sometimes with comical results because the tractor is too lite...

How about the case ih trident. You can switch between a sprayer or dry fertilizer spreader. https://image.giants-software.com/1/EBV4Y2aA-T.jpg https://image.giants-software.com/1/dSLXRjup-T.jpg https://image.giants-software.com/1/tyoyYVZ2-T.jpg The Stara Imperador does both, so I’d say it’s possibl...

Re: Small - Medium - Large tractors criterion...

It’s generally driven by the size of the chassis. Bigger frame leads to stronger/larger hitches, stronger transmissions, and most importantly tractive force due to increased weight. In essence, more weight gives it more traction, making it better suited to pulling implements. Meanwhile, a longer and...

Re: Question on official licenses

The licenses are simply a form of business contract. As such, the terms of the contract can consist of as much or as little as the parties agree upon. One of the terms of those agreements is very likely to be not to disclose the details of the agreement without the express consent of all parties. It...

Re: Valtra N. Best 'bang for buck' tractor in the game?

great power band (up to 270bhp) I don't think thats what power band means but I might be wrong The term does apply. An engine’s power band spans from zero (at zero RPM), up to some larger value at it’s rated maximum engine speed (in RPM). At some point in that range of engine speeds, that value wil...

Re: Valtra N. Best 'bang for buck' tractor in the game?

Id have to say it's the Case Puma - not that expensive, great power band (up to 270bhp), huge selection of wheel options including narrows for crop destruction, can be fitted with a front loader and has a much cheaper daily maintenance cost than the other tractors around it. +1 on that. Puma is har...
