Re: Remembering keybindings

I bought myself a Stream Deck a couple of years back and can just write the labels on the little buttons in the built in screen. They are stupid prices right now but if/when they come down again they are great for most games.

Re: Move from console to PC

Only thing I might add to a starter PC is a regular spinning hard drive for additional storage, 2TB is going to add about £60.

Re: Console and Giants.

For scripts I think just having something like Goobal Company in the base game would perfect. A base to allow a variety of mods onto console while also giving GIANTS some options for their mods or basegame features if they would want. Isn't the Global Company MOD really just a system to 'allow a nu...

Re: Oxygendavid

It sounds like Giants are just to slow to react to anything that's going on without clearing a corporate line first but their Q&A Team are still (slowly) plugging away at their side and getting under the skin of the people they deal with outside Giants. Reading the post from Chris, he thinks things ...

Re: Oxygendavid

Sup everyone, as noted several times in this thread, we tend to keep discussions with modders as something between us and the modder as past interactions have shown that this is a better way for everyone involved. Speaking of discussions with modders, those are still ongoing in this particular case...

Re: Question to Chaki

Mwal, I don't disagree, but the current fingers in ears shouting LALALA at the top of your lungs isn't working and it's just creating more pushback even from people who would probably support Giants if they just engaged with the community. Giants solution to any problem is to go quiet and just leave...

Re: Early mod previews

In an attempt to drag it back on subject, I think a number of these MODrs are using the YouTubers as beta testers for their MODs and these preview videos are sort of payment in kind. I have much less problem with the preview videos than I have with certain YouTubers showing off MODs that they have t...

Question to Chaki

Sorry to do this like this but please take this as a constructive question. In another thread touching on the latest 'issues' you posted the following: Cleaned out the derailing and off topic stuff out of this thread. As we stated in the past, the communication is still open, no bans have been issue...

Re: Oxygendavid

Perhaps this is the sort of thing that the Giant Community Coordinator should get involved with or at least have the decency to acknowledge there is a problem, instead all we get is silence from Giants and then a moderator locks the thread because it's a one sided conversation. The solution isn't to...

Re: MOD Maps and 'Required' MODS

Yea just found that, I'd already killed the map and the additional MODs by then, next time I'll re-log and rate before killing it.

Re: MOD Maps and 'Required' MODS

Got caught by another 'required mods' map again today, with no warning in the in game MODHUB that they are required until you have no choice. Kleinseelheim - in game no warnings but forces six MODs to be downloaded. On the webpage it actually warns you though. Come on Giants, how about some form of ...

Re: Chellington Valley

They seem completely un-interested in resolving this at all. Now if only Giants had made a big thing about hiring a new guy the other year to communicate with the community after the mess following the launch of FS19, I think I remember they even had a title for this new post that was going to work...

They use non-staff as Admins on here why not do the same for initial MOD testing?
Just an FYI but this is false
My mistake, I thought the admins on here were volunteers, is it only the Moderators then?
