Re: Giants Software Download Portal - FS 22 download

Had the same thing when I downloaded FS22 from the website on Friday.
Have 500MB/s internet and was only downloading with 1,5MB's - 3,5MB's. Took me about an hour or so to download it all, including all the pre-order stuff.

Re: European, Austrailian, South American or North American Maps???

I'm from Europe and I like to play European maps. UK, German of one of the Dutch maps really suite me well. I like the driving challenge they can give you wen driving a truckload of grain and using smaller/(cheaper) equipment. Have tried the NA maps, but it's just not my style of play. Don't like th...

Re: I couldnt help it...I gave all my money to GIANTS

Pre-ordered straight away after it came available and bought the Season Pass when it came online.
Playing on PC ( not though Steam), I have no idea how many hours I got. If I have to guess, it will be between 3000 and 4000 hours.

Re: How many semi trucks/lorries is too many for a farm?

Most of the time I don't have any because of money reasons. If I do have money, I either have a tractor unit with a trailer or a fixed body one. Mostly MAN or the Iveco's from Modhub.

Re: Felsbrunn. Going back to where it all started.

Sooo..., I have been very busy during summer and autumn. Did some logging to gain a little money and to clear some land to enlarge my fields. Hated it though, I hate logging. Picking up logs with minds or their own, jumping around instead of listening to what I want from them. Made me quite a lot of...

Re: Felsbrunn. Going back to where it all started.

The last couple days, I had expanded my large field into a larger one. After the coming harvest, I will expand both fields into one large field. First, I'm going to plant potato's in the small field and wheat in the large field. Well, that is if the temperatures are going to rise. I'm halfway trough...

Re: Felsbrunn. Going back to where it all started.

After harvest I contacted some of the locals for a place to sell my canola. I made about €7000,- from the field and with the lease of the harvester, I could keep about €2000,- With a lot of contract I did, I had enough money to buy a mower and a baler. I mowed all the grass surrounding my 2 fields a...

Re: Felsbrunn. Going back to where it all started.

So, it took me about 2 weeks to harvest the potato's as the price dropped like crazy halfway through my field. Some other farmer sold a couple hundred thousand liters of potato's and after which the price dropped below €200,- per 1000 liters. As I have no resources to buy anything like something to ...

Felsbrunn. Going back to where it all started.

Hi all, Hope to continue this one last adventure until FS22 comes out. I have farmed all over the world, from close to home in The Netherlands, different parts in Europe to far far away in the USA, Canada and even for a small period of time in Brazil. I have seen it all, used it all and almost farme...

Re: If you like mods, pre-order

I have started with FS17, bought it cheap and found out about the mods until a couple months later and enjoyed it without mods before I found out. Pre-ordered FS19 and played from day 1 without mods and had a blast doing it. Sure, some mods would have been nice to have, but they came and then I star...

Re: A small growing farm

Nice read! Looking forward to the adventures ahead. Only thing I didn't understood was, "small growing farm". Sounds to me you already have quite a large farm ;-) Thank you and thanks for reading, we’re equipment heavy but not on land, where I’m from 200 acres is a hobby farm, the end goa...

Re: Come on then, who else has pre ordered!

I have pre-ordered it right after I have watched the trailer. Did the same for FS19, when the pre-order came up, I pre-ordered it. On release day I installed it and never looked back to FS17. Had loads of fun playing the base game with all the base game equipment on both maps. Will probably do the s...

It's indeed a grassfield, but you need to plow it before you can use it. It's not a field-field, if you know what I mean.
