Use any placeable tree mods and then cut some placed ones down? That’s one of the known causes for losing buildings and sell points on a save.

You can’t do that, however, another way of doing it would be to sort the folder by date created/date modified. By doing that the newer mods will always be at the top of the list.

If it does then remove it from the file and save the file.

To start with though, I would try deactivating the waiting workers mod and then load in and test if you get the same thing, if not, save the game and then you may be able to re-enable the mod.
