How is it not working? Are you hiring a worker to drive the harvester, and driving a tractor and trailer besides yourself?

Maybe the bakery is full? Those sell points that can make stuff out of your products, mill, bakery and dairy etc have a fill limit - so when full, it can't buy more from you before it has produced flour, bread or cheese and has room for you to deliver more.
