Re: What's the next mod you are looking forward to?
2 upcoming mods come to mind. Unfortunately, there is no ETA on any of them, and at least one has been in development for over a year already. 1. Italia map by EDO Mod. This map looks out of this world, and will be, by far, the most realistic map so far. All custom buildt structures, houses, farms, ...

Re: Map ADD
I always start with smaller old equipment and the ambition is to grow, but like the others, I rarely get that far before I start all over again. In my off periods I am a car sim addict, so my time is switched (on a bi-monthly schedule) between Assetto Corsa Competizione and FS. That’s the only games...

Re: Map ADD
I have the same infliction! But not because I’m bored of the game, but because there is a overload of new maps I just have to try. Find one I like, set up and get ready to start playing for real, then boom, damn -a new map I just have to try, and so it goes. I also take extended vacations from the g...

Re: MaizePlus mod
You need soybeans, barley or canola in the mixer as well, and a dash of potatoes or beets. This will make TMR, if you have forage, you are missing an ingredient. Forage will simply be a mix of whatever you have in the mixer (that is not yet quite TMR) and the way the game works is that it separates t...

Re: Create your custom workers
Contractor mod locks the worker into a definable character. You select the looks, name etc and how many workers you want to be available, and they will stay the same, problem solved -unless you’re on console, if so I don’t think it can be done.

Re: IC Controls
Do all ic control tractors cause key binding issues because I don't have those 2, but jhhg combines and still have key binding warnings even after resetting them? Pretty much yes, other than versions made to work with the Simple IC mod that modeleicher made. Another culprit is autoload mods, they g...

Re: Drivelaner is a gift to anyone that wants to make a dirt road
Drivelaner is meant for creating tramlines, but I assume OP meant that if you drive on grass that you own, it will create the tramlines and thus, a ‘road’

Re: MaizePlus mod
My take on the white bar in your picture is that it’s an overall representation. So if your bar is topped off, you’re good. If it dips down, it can be because of lack of food, water or cleanliness. You’d have to look on the right side to figure out which one is at fault. In your case they have all t...

Re: MaizePlus mod
I think there is a file missing from the latest sandy bay. The animalfeed*something*.xml is empty in the map folder under maize plus, while on other maps with forage extension, that file has all the TMR and feed requirements in it. Not sure if it’s by design or a mistake, but I copied the info from ...

Re: Stone Valley 2x Alfalfa Question
I reckon I got three cuts in my first year, but I didn’t plant as early as I could have. We’ll see how year two goes. I got my first cut done the morning it came ready. I haven’t done a comparison to grass yet, but I felt that the volume of silage bales was pretty good. I’m trying alfalfa hay in ye...

Re: Interesting Information
I’ve always been an advocate of mud-runner’ish terrain for FS and I think it could be a very welcome addition, but not like it is in snow runner. That is WAY too extreme. Maybe 1/10th could work, but the novelty of getting stuck every 2 minutes wears off real quickly. So it would have to be subtle e...

I had the same conflict. I also have issues with REA with the tractor slowing down to a stop when unloading from first to second chamber

Re: Vicon fast bale not so fast?
I had issues with the baler. It would stop when unloading the pre chamber, then again when dropping the bale. Spent some time figuring out why. Turns out “auto unload from balers” mod caused the second stop, while REA mod caused the first. Go figure... after disabling these two, I can happily bale a...
