Re: This is my farm

Season 10 The first year in my crop-rotation starts with soybeans. So this means a deasent harvest, and no winther-crop since Im doing sunflowers next year. Available food for my meat-operation and the money at hand, brought me to 24 Limousines for fattening. Other than that there is not much to rep...

Re: Courseplay-How do I use it?

Maybe off topic, but how complicated stuff is it possible to get CP to do? I think its fancy when epmtying a harvester and drive it to the silo. But whats the limit?

Re: This is my farm

Season 9 This year I had my first fallow season. That meant a slow year with not much to do except keeping my sheep alive. In additionto that I started some logging of the first trees I planted. In order to last years investment I had to raise a little loan, so not much time with zero interest rates...

Re: Milk production Seasons

Is it worth feeding cows TMR all year round or just when they are producing milk? And what about beef herds? Do they benefit from TMR? yes, Im wondering about this as well. Do cows/sheep produce milk/wool according to their present health, or according to what they are provided right now? For cows ...

Re: Milk production Seasons

Something not mentioned is that unlike base game or seasons in 17 cows do not start pumping out milk day 1. If you buy 10 cows you will get no milk from them for at least 9 months as cows must give birth first then milk production will start. Also not all of your cows will give birth at the same ti...

I just wonder if cows deliver this amount of milk
As long as their health is at max they will. Lower health results in lower production.
Thx!!

Re: Milk production Seasons

Where I live farming gets a lot of subsidies from the state to be competitive with imported products. Not counting subsidies no farmer here would make a dime. In game there's nothing of the sort, unless you count it as part of the price you get when you sell. It's a game after all and don't include...

Milk production Seasons

Diaryoperation From the blog its written that cows (Holstein) produce 10,760kg (litres?) of milk per year. From the prices I can see that milk pays up to $700/1000L. So an easy calculation gives that one cow would generate $7000 in milk per year. Correct? The reason I ask is because I find the amoun...

Did you re calculate the field Edge and check that the blue line around the border looks good? Make sure you save it to the field number too.
Checked for both of those yes.

Re: Helpdesk for Courseplay?

I normally start recording the tractors unload trip well into the field, like 3 or 4 waypoint markers, try to keep them in a straight line until off the field, end the route at the same point. I’ve never really had any issues, a few collisions caused by CP not auto detecting the header width proper...

Helpdesk for Courseplay?

I must say its kinda frustrating when Mr CP couldnt care less about the instrutions given. Maybe we could have a thread for different issues people might have with this guy? I'll start 1. When I want a tractor to empty a harvester I start with my back to the field. Chooses button number 2 from left ...
