Anyone having trouble when you record gameclips on series x the render fuzzy and static

When I record gameclips on series x they come out all fuzzy its perfectly fine with other games but not fs22

Playing on series x loving it just wondering now if they finally put realistic beacons on last gen?

For those including me I've seen ps5 footage and the guy said realistic beacons lights are not on console what's the excuse this time embarrassing if giants claim new gen consoles can't handle them tbh
