a 1070 would be fine for 3 monitors, i dont know what CPU your using, but seeing your GPU i would not expect a high end i7 :) If you want to go higher your most likely going to be bottlenecked by your CPU. You don't need a 1080ti to run the game at high settings. i play at 4k resolution on 1 monitor...

Im running FS17 and shortly FS19 on Pc, with a 32'' monitor and a Thrustmaster T300 RS GT wheel

If you could run FS17 on max with that setup, you'll be able to play FS19 just fine, maybe not at the same settings as FS17, but at least around medium/high. I don't have FS19 yet so I don't know exactly how it performs compared to FS17.

Try to look for a laptop with an i5, 8 or 16 GB ram, 1060 or 1070 GPU. youll be fine.

The first and third link are the best pc's all of the pcs you linked to can run FS, it depends on your budget which one you want to get. The best one, in my opinion, is the GXi10960CPG, but most likely also the most expensive. Its always best to build your own system and select your parts one by one...

You need to set the Force feedback settings inside your wheels software.

The best way to play is to set the wheel centering force so you have a bit of force when steering, this is what i do, i have a Thrustmaster T300 RS GT

If its a mod causing the error, it should be in the log file, you can search for ''error'' so you can easily find the mod that is the problem.
