Re: I am just saying...plowing in base game is pain in the ars

I'm wondering why you're using a plow for a cultivating contract but nevermind. That really does look like the Ai worker created that mess because I found them terrible with mouldboard plows. Look how wavy the lines are and the missed withered crop, nobody could be that bad even if they're not turni...

Re: Favorite Tractor?

MF 7700 S Series (typically 7726 S with 255 hp) is my favourite fairly modern tractor. Fiatagri 180-90 is my favourite old tractor.

Re: Snow in July!

Happened to me in May. Rendered a strip of snow at a time and then vanished almost immediately. Kept snow switched off after that.

Re: FS22 mod building for creating bales?

Goweil Pack has the stationary baler. You empty your loading wagon into it and then position the baler so the bales go right into your bale storage. Unfortunately paid DLC and you do need an extra tractor to power it. https://www.farming-simulator.com/dlc-detail.php?dlc_id=fs22goeweil If you just wa...

Re: Alma MO Horsebarn lights...

There is a switch modelled on the right hand side near a small set of steps but you can't activate it. The lights are actually automatic and come on about 7.00-8.00 pm. Red lights for the cow shed and stables, white lights for the sheep pen building.

Re: Is Giants going backwards?

-I wouldn't call it progress. It's more of a wait what the modders come up with, use that, remove all the major/good features and put it in the main game folder instead of mods folder. It's snail pace progress at best and complete stagnation at worst. I actually agree all those mods were better bec...

Re: Is Giants going backwards?

GPS Mod was available for FS15 which released in 2014. Guidance steering now exists in FS25 and also caters to console players. Courseplay was available for FS15. Giants finally released a new worker system that is similar but far more streamlined in FS25 which does benefit console players. Ground D...

Re: Hitch problems.

The American version of the John Deere 6R has had that issue since release day.

I would assume they have the trailer attach point for the model in the wrong place.

Re: 87% max yield bonus issue

Now that makes sense in terms of numbers and I had thouth about it but I tried to lime the soil when it doesn't require it and I couldn't. So, I think this still counts as a bug. Definitely some bugs with fields. On Zielonka I had a field end up with weeds despite being fully plowed. A couple of ti...

Re: 87% max yield bonus issue

I thought they changed the lime bonus in FS25 so it actually drops by 5% after every harvest but still only reminds you to lime after the third harvest.

Re: Lack of content

Any depth in this game series has only ever come from mods. Farm Simulator might as well be called Agricultural Machinery Promoter or even Janky Forklift Operator at this stage since Giants main priorities are mass market appeal and license revenue. I don't consider production chains not strictly re...

Re: Does FS25 create an interesting situation for map modders?

I think Giants maps have improved but in many ways they are like farming theme parks because they have to cater to everyone. That's not a bad thing but if you prefer a more realistic themed map then you have to rely on the modders. One let down of the new maps for me is that they all should have had...

Re: Ground Deformation and rain on windows

They removed ground deformation from multiplayer because of performance issues. Same reason in single player the hired workers don't cause deformation now, even though they did at launch. Rain droplets on the cab windows is a weird one. I remember it being mentioned but I never saw it working in vid...

I'd prefer the gift worked as intended or gave us the option not to make use of it.

Re: Multiple machines

When the game first came out I did try running two rice harvesters but it wasn't great. To an extent it sort of worked providing I'd done the headlands but the real issue was constantly having to stop them because they pipe out over the crop. Also each was started at a different end of the field.
