I think Lis took the time to be constructive about replying to the original post. It is IMO a rant. There is nothing constructive in the post at all, it is rude and selfish. You can change the wheel setup at the shop or your workshop at any time. Once you have paid it costs nothing to change it again.

Imagine the uproar if they do release a savegame breaking update. Like W1der says it's possible to cheat your way back on PC at least.
