Re: [FS19] Patch 1.3.0 Beta Branch For Windows

I expect that the reason the CoursePlay team got AI workers figured out is because they can throw the power of a PC at the problem. Giants won't do anything that cannot work on consoles, so the AI is very limited. Well the ps4/xb1 have 8gb of ram and 8core cpus with decent gpu power, theres no excu...

We had the Steiger in fs13, idk why they got rid of it
They got rid of the wheeled version because they added the New Holland T9 which is a Case Stieger painted blue.

Re: Case IH Quadtrack Oscillation

I never really thought about it, even tho ive spent over a thousand hours in real life stiegers, from the 9350 to the new 580QT and the point raised here is quite valid, would definitely help with the traction issues in severely rolling terrian.

Re: Yield Question

A bushel of oats is 34lb. Just nitpicking :biggrin2: Actually according to Michigan state University its 32lbs, but an imperial bushel being 34 sounds about right. thanks for the correction, i havent done oats in bushels in years, not much money to be made here in oats. In Australia i did get to ha...

Re: Cotton bale moving

It's cotton harvesting season right now down here in AZ and I have been watching the cotton fields as I drive by them. I have made three observations over the last month or so as they have been getting harvested: 1. They are producing a lot more cotton modules than a field in FS19 produces. I was t...

Re: Yield Question

Crop yield in real life and in FS are two entirely different things. Here are some real life statistics from USDA and Eurostat: Wheat : 3514 kg/ha in US, 5388 kg/ha in EU Barley : 3694 kg/ha in US, 4731 kg/ha in EU Oat : 2394 kg/ha in US, 3481 kg/ha in EU These numbers are averaged over 4 years in ...

Re: Combine Harvester Doesn't Always Work

It’s more realistic than it is ‘wrong’ If the harvester hits a big bump in the field and the header gets lifted off the crop, how can it cut the crop? I had a similar issue in 17 on a couple of maps using the big seeder/planter that cam in the big bud pack, sometimes there were little dips in the f...

Re: question about squared bales

Large Square bales are used for many reasons: 1)they are much faster to produce that round bales as in game the round baler is much faster than IRL, as the round baler does not have its 22s wrapping cycle that it would IRL 2) As they are usually a much higher density, they can be stacked much higher...

Re: Tribine harvester ?

One thing also....the Tribine is built from an AGCO Gleaner harvester and runs 2 agco engines, one engine to power the separator, the other to run the driveline/propulsion system. It would be really cool to see if done right EDIT: for those who arent actual farmers, the separator is the part of the ...

Re: Crop Yields

All you need to do is print out the fruit types tables in the game to see the exact yield per crop values. Now you can do all calculations that you could ever want. In terms of square metres and acres... 1 acre = 4046.85642 sqm growthstatetime is in milliseconds (normal growth speed) and how long i...

Re: Future Speculation DLC/Wishlist

Which cotton harvester would be prefered? CP or CS690? i think that the pickers should be able to get two cotton harvests out of the same field, where it grows back after the first. The CS690 being a cotton stripper not a picker could be wider and faster than the picker but no second harvest. Would...

Re: Cotton Ginning.

No worries mate, i was kinda hoping for boll buggies and smaller older pickers to start, not just straight to the self building Module Express 635, was glad to see a red one dont get me wrong, was totally expecting a green one.

Cotton Ginning.

I was just thinking the other day that it would be really cool to have a placeable gin site, where you can bring your cotton modules and separate the seeds from the cotton lint, and then transport the cotton lint on pallets (kinda like wool) to the spinnery for a higher price than if you were to jus...
