Re: Skid Steer vs Wheel Loader

You might also try the Kramer front loader. Another option might be the Paus TSL (telescopic swivel loader), which can be found on the mod hub. Both have articulated steering and telescopic functions which can help in tight spaces. While the Paus is a bit bigger, but has a swivel function which is a...

The Horsch pack has a seed tender as well as a shuttle... you can also take a big bag or pallet out the field.

I'd love to see more maps in far flung (for me) areas... like maybe a map set in Asia.

Re: Small Maps ( for small machinery ) Discussion

Favorite? That's really hard as there are so many great ones... the ones I've really gotten into are (in alphabetical order) Dreistenerhof, Krebach/Oberkrebach, Lipiniki, Merlot. Old Family Farm, and Starowies. Next up for me is Hinterkaifect.

Re: Fs17

I haven't played FS17 since December of last year, when I returned to it for a while to await FS19 fixes. But since then I haven't had any interest in playing FS17... I'm having tons of fun playing all the great FS19 maps and looking forward to Straw Harvest coming to FS19 (it was a lot of fun on FS...

Re: Once You find *YOUR* map...

Not particularly... I bring by playthroughs to an end when I run out of ideas on how to continue the storyline. For a good map/storyline, I tend to play 200-400 hours before I start something new. Currently playing Dreisternhof, approaching 200 hours on it and I think I'll get another 100-200 hours ...

Re: Quick question

You cannot fertilize wild grass... or, I should say, it won't take. You can only fertilize fields. Field grass yields better than wild grass. Especially so when 100% fertilized. Note that you get one fertilization for free when you mow your grass. Don't worry about needs lime or needs plow condition...

Re: What's going on, on your farm?

Today I'm looking at getting some sheep on my animal farm in Dreisternhof. I got a few horses I can sell to fund the purchase. Once those are settled in, I may try my hand a Poplars.

Re: Advantages Of Bailing?

For bulk production of silage, such as for selling to the BGA, I like to use bunkers. For cattle feed, I like to use bales. But I also like to mix it up... and one very nice thing with bales is that the game offers many ways to use bales. Only wish we could wrap chaff to make silage (as is done some...

Re: Starowies: Cow Shelder Cleaning, Slurry, Hill

As an interim measure you can use a small subsoiler to do your cleaning with to keep your production up until the ground freezes (in Seasons). If you have a short* loading wagon, you can use that to clean it. Haven't tried any clean-it mod... but after a Season's year of cleaning it in odd ways, I ...
