Re: Did you watch the FSL tournament this weekend?

I was busy with Real Life (TM) but I might watch a YouTube recap of sorts of someone posted such a thing.

Re: All in on silage?

Thats exactly why i stopped. I just can't get the hang of the leveller and i keep getting stuck. Baling might takea little longer but its easier. One key to using the leveler I use is to make sure you only push a very small amount, say 1/10 of the blade height at a time, then back up and lower the ...

Re: What map should I play?

What maps have you already tried but rejected? My current favourite American map is Pacific Northwest, but not because it is especially colorful (it is, but not the main reason). Once Lone Oak comes out you can enjoy the beauty of My Hood and gorgeous clouds overhead...

Re: All in on silage?

Cutting corn for chaff is still one of the most profitable crops per hectare, but comes at the cost of a large investment in equipment and player time that can't be readily automated. The biogas plant can only process about 864,000 liters of chaff per day, which is about the yield of 6 fully fertili...

Re: Pacific Northwest Map Question

Is there any way to remove the chain-link fence, or pieces of the fence around the concrete pad between field 28 and the river? It would be a good place to set up a farmyard if it could open to the west instead. IIRC there is some between the barn and the north end of 27. Look for the fence post wi...

Re: When will it rain?

yed for a short time before quitting, it would be very unlikely you would ever see rain. It has not rained for more than 450 hours in a map!? :confusednew: You can try this: Turn AutoSave "off", then set your game speed to x120. Then wait for rain. Note the in game time, then quit and rel...

Re: How to determine Bin Capacity size?

It would be easy to program such a feature into the game, but with every option added there is less room in the game menu available for other game options to be modified without adding another game menu. I have learned to work with liters and hectares and find them much easier to do quick mental est...

Re: fs 19 physics discussion

Finding the right physics balance will always be a struggle in games. I am grateful for the fact that I can drive over pedestrians without injury, but annoyed that mailboxes stop me like a 10' thick brick wall. I know that crop weight is not the same in real life so crop transport is quicker, but I ...

Re: Train Sell Points

But I'm still limited by the trailer max. Unlike fs17, fs19 does not immediately reduce the sell prices when you dump a railcar or tipper load. So you can sell a whole train's worth as long as you can transport the crops in relatively short time. Not sure how frequently prices are updated, but I kn...
