Hi, it means you have too many pallets in the area where they spawn. Go collect them and the new ones will appear and production will continue.

Other than removing the mod, probably not. You could try contacting the author of the mod? Might be lucky.

If it says that you need water in the animal tab, there is a mod conflict with the additional units mod, saw it on another forum.

Try doing it not in the Driver part of the menu, go to the first tab where you can check all the crops.

Check the BGA in the productions tab, is it full already? Just a thought, could be the reason why it won’t accept anymore silage.
