Re: Just some suggestions

Vehicle likeness is subject to copyright (or whatever the term is) same as brands and model names. I know Porsche are especially protective of the 911 silouette. The latest lizard lorry is obviously an old Scania but I think it got through because it's an obsolete model from the late 80s. I doubt a ...

Regrettably Lone Oak 19 is far too similar in overall feel and lighting as Marwell Manor for me to enjoy playing.
Really? I thought MM really nailed the vibe of the UK countryside but I don't get that from LO at all. It seemed generally much flatter.

Re: Terrain cannot be deformed here!

It's better to use the terrain tools to flatten an area of land before placing buildings. It's more predictable and sometimes (not always) fixes the terrain error message. I found field 15 in Meadow Grove, which would have been great for a grain silo, wouldn't allow anything to go in, despite being ...

Re: Small Guide on PC's

I have a pc! Now it's what I had intended but I got it for very little and I think it's better I have something cheap to fiddle with before I start handling expensive hardware. So it's a Dell i7 4th gen with 8gb ram and 500gb hardrive in a minitower. It's basically those ex-business machines you see...

Does a one x or ps4 pro give better draw distances? Never realised this, maybe I should trade in the one s and upgrade
If you're going to upgrade you may as well go pc.

Are you sure you want to trust your pc with a cheap SSD?

Equally, it's jarring to be able to see your vehicles off in the distance when you know they are inside buildings....

Re: All in on silage?

I use to keep the BGA at Ravenport constantly topped up and would usually get about £100,000 a day. That was just using grass, the grass around fields and land flipping. I had 10 of the ITRunner grain bins full of either grass waiting for a silo or silage waiting to be processed. Very occasionally t...

Re: Seasons Mod

As a console player I haven't tried seasons yet and I'm wondering what effect snow on the roads has? Is it cosmetic or does it make getting around, up/down hills etc any harder? Is there a pratical necessity for clearing snowed-in roads?

Re: contracts completing without doing them?

I'm on PS4(no seasons), I've had it happen on Dahl ranch once, I don't remember if it was fertilizer or cultivating. I also had a harvesting mission not allow me to harvest the rest of the field when I got back into the game on the same map. for both cases I still had to hit the button to compete t...

Agreed topace. From my experience driving over crops does not "harvest" them. It usually just pushes the crop over and it soon springs back after a few days
I guess you could say the tyres would churn up the ground if it were soft or wet?

Re: Are you still excited for Claas?

I saw a Claas Jaguar on the road a few days ago, with a small telelift pulling the header. It was causing all kinds of traffic chaos but was still cool to see.

Or the modules for the D675 truck if you're working on a smaller scale.

Re: Top 3 maps at the moment

After playing almost exclusively on Ravenport when I first got the game I just can't settle on a map. I like the inbuilt animal pens but that doesn't leave anywhere to create and your own farm while I find the maps dedicated to building your own farm frustrating due to the fussy placement rules. Ri...
