Re: New Anderson's DLC

That would be awesome if we could I don't believe that's possible IRL either, unless you somehow found a way to bale chaff... the way you turn chaff into silage IRL is either a bunker, a pile or an ag bagger. I think that giants should add bagging silage into the game. Heres a link to a video of on...

Re: Hazard Lights on PS4/Xbox one

You already can turn on the hazard lights on ps4. Although I forget which combo of buttons you need to press to get them to turn on. (I dont use them very often)

I haven't tried that myself but I can 99.999% say that is not possible, the only wrap-able substance so far in farming simulator is grass bales. And you can only wrap bales in the bale wrapper, not loose stuff.

Yup, I would like the same thing, a map set in Saskatchewan possibly. I would love to see Westbridge and Goldcrest as well.

50k cripes that's a record in my books. A friend has a Ford 7710 with 27k but it is also on its 3rd engine  A tractor like that gets to be like Grandpa's old wood chopping axe: "This is the greatest axe ever built. It will last forever. I've only had to replace the handle twice and the he...

Re: Buying Used Equipment

Maybe a used tractor in farming simulator should have increased speed of which the "wrench meter" lol would deplete at? Therefore increasing the amount of times it needs to be repaired. I think that should definitely be part of it. Maintenance cost and frequency should go up as vehicles a...

Re: Buying Used Equipment

Yes this would be a neat idea. Buying and trading used equipment is a big part of real agricultural economics. The challenge I see with just dropping in a game mechanic like this, is that in the vanilla game system there is no real consequence or cost to owning or using used equipment, and there is...

I'm kinda thinking the same thing... I'm hoping not though. I'm hoping that it will be the next DLC after the Anderson DLC and that it will be released during Farmcon.

Re: Buying Used Equipment

I would LOVE for that to be a thing... On our farm IRL we only ever leased 2 brand new tractors EVER in our farms 40 year lifetime. Everything else we bought is used.

We wrap straw bales IRL. Its a good way to store them, in my opinion its better than putting them in a barn

Deadeye wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 2:29 am I wasn't aware that people wrapped regular straw bales. I assume it's for fermentation just like haylage? Or is it just to keep it dry?
Its just to keep it dry, like if you don't have enough storage space in a barn.
