Re: FS24
* actual, proper, animal 'mechanics'. For example, if you put 10 sheep in a pen, there shouldn't magically appear 10 more in a few months time. Males and females need to be coded in so they breed or don't breed according to actual reality. And, if you open a gate, they should be able to escape....o...

Re: Potato harvesting.
What on earth are you talking about, my goodness. At least have some respect. I’m not calling your opinions ‘BS’, I think you’ve lost focus on what this is about. We don’t bulk load potatoes on our farm. It’s just not how we do it, or anyone else I know. It’s not BS, it’s just fact. We farm differe...

Not everything is a competition guys. It’s just data. Your own data actually. https://apps.fas.usda.gov/psdonline/circulars/production.pdf Did you not read anything I wrote? Also usa is close or better on yeild in everything but wheat and I explain the wheat already. If you look at total production...

Re: Potato harvesting.
Your statement isn't exactly true. Wheat for example uk average was 8.4 ton/ ha that's about 125 bu/ac. Take 8.4 multiply by 14.87. https://ipad.fas.usda.gov/countrysummary/Default.aspx?id=UK&crop=Wheat. Us only did 44 but that is skewed because of the western and northern states. I did 130 bu/a...

Re: Crop Growth Length ?
Not sure where you got your data but irl each variety have a different growing day. Also for my corn the earliest I plant is 101 day and the latest is 119 day. Your information says 2 to 3 months that would only be 60 to 90 days. Also for oats, we planted late March and harvest in middle of July to ...

Re: Logging fans
I’m glad you laugh because I find it a little sad that you think it’s no big deal a company is forcing you into what essentially not owning but only leasing. And of course they communicate better they program them that way so you buy more of their stuff it’s not an advantage it’s a disadvantage. To...

Re: Logging fans
They make average equipment and have great marketing, that’s why they’re worshiped. The last time they had great equipment New Holland made there skids, Kinze made their planters, and hitachi made their construction equipment. I won’t knock their tractors they’re solid but to say there are any bett...

Re: Logging fans
But at the same time it’s John Deere which has to be one of the worst companies for stuff like this which makes me wonder why they’re worshipped like they are. Well I don't make my purchases decisions from a company letting modes add a model into a video game or not. They are worshipped because the...

Re: Land price per hectar
The location, roads, and infrastructure affects cities lots, not farmlands. Soil type does affect land price, but so does inflation, cash rent in the area and price of previous land sold in the same area and same type of soil. Also water availability plays a role.

Usally, anything real life gets moved to off-topic. Also, there is a subtopic section in the English part.

His family farms and hers as well. Plus they have their own fields and they have some livestock. I believe it is her dad that has pigs. Also this should be in off topic.

Re: Giants, I feel robbed....
In terms of realism, mineral isn't used to increase milk production in a sense. It is used for a numerous of reasons some are: cattle develop a higher resistance against diseases, reach optimal growth, and have an increased reproduction. It also keeps them from riding each other and just overall hea...

Re: Giants, I feel robbed....
Mineral feed is used to feed cattle in real life, so they made it more realistic by having you add it as well.
