Yes, I know that feeling. The start of a new farm gives the most fun, trying new/different equipment, trying other crops.
I even can start over and over again on same map but doing different things.

I've made a bugreport in the past for the Goweil G1015 on Xbox. The button combo for turning the bale on end, is the same as the horn.
So we have a double button binding, never get any response, even not after a reminder and ofcourse it's not solved in a patch either.

In the past, the reason for this was performance. There is a certain lenght of visible track, when the helpers also have tracks, there wil be a short length of track for the players themselves.

Other thing, birds also do not fly away for helpers.

You can select the pressure washer in buildmenu (not actually place it) and go around the map.
But the question remains, why you want to fly over the map, what is the purpose of it?
