I've figured it out, I had to go into the controls mapping and map the Delete key to the delete function.

I can't get the delete objects feature to work, I'm trying to delete branches and wood pieces laying around using the easy Dev mod. I've also tried using the lumberjack mod but can't get it to work either.
Any clues?

There are just so many of them on the map, the whole northern 1/3 of the map is crowded with them. Giants should have depicted thier scarcity a little more accurately.
