Re: Silo blanket stuck

A quick thought, if you can't dig out your silo from the front after opening the back, try using one of the excavator mods and dig directly from the back.

Well I also don't have a recipe, but I can tell you that should you ever find yourself in Pasco, WA, stop in and try Junior's Tacos. Good stuff.

Screenshots would help us to see what you're talking about. If you need help with how to post pictures, just let us know.

Re: American Maps

Don't get me wrong. There's a lot of good American maps. But unfortunately you have to start with monster machines bc every single field is so damn big. And on rare occasion that a map has a smaller field to be able to really work from the ground up, its like 3 or 4 fields on the same plot and cost...

Re: Inquiring Minds Want to Know!

I'd also say that on my xbox I do like the idea of less potential for mod conflicts, though I do lament the cap on mod storage space. To be honest, with the computers I don't really know anything about LUA scripting or the other technical stuff, so I'm just as happy on my console for simplicity's sa...

Re: What's going on, on your farm?

Spring Day 7, waiting on the soil temp to rise so I can put my soybeans in. Even if it's not there in ther next 2 days, we're supposed to be getting rain Friday, so I'll be putting them in anyway. A little concerned about the oilseed radish on field 3, planted it late last fall and it still hasn't s...

Re: Could these new consoles close the gap with PC gaming?

A console that is released every few years with fixed hardware that can't be changed or altered vs. a unit that the hardware(which is ever-evolving and changing) can be continually updated and replaced(albeit for an increased cost) I suppose you could consider this an advantage, because after the c...

Re: Fertilizing and the way a crop is planted...

Cultivating does not revert fertiliser stages. Any ground operation (harvest, plough, cultivate, plant), or a growth stage advance, allows you to fertilise again. You cannot fertilise again without a "ground change". The seeder with a fertiliser fertilises first iirc, so you cannot cultivate + fert...

Re: Fertilizing and the way a crop is planted...

I think in the base game cultivating after fertilizing reverts the fertilizer stage. Try cultivating first, then fertilize, and then plant w/fertilization and let us know if that fixes it.

You get some value back in the game too. Real life you keep stuff because you can't afford a new one every year. In game, you trade in to get that new mod that came in.
Ah, that new mod smell.

Re: How long do you keep, use, equipment?

My 2 longest running tractors were my Big Bud 450's, one went to 33.7 and the other was a hair over 27 hours. I'd still have them, but I had to upgrade to Quadtracs for the 100' Bourgault seeders. I also have a Big Brute Sprayer with almost 40 hours on it. I guess I'm saying unless I need to upgrade...
