We had FS 14,16 and 18 on iOS (iPad 3) before and there was a possibility to manually manage syncing local game and cloud slots, which I consider more convenient, because I could backup a game state and restore when I needed...

Based on previous answers, Farming Simulator 20 should be supported on Samsung Gatalaxy Tab 10.1 A 2019 (SM-T510).
