Where do you sell wood in Rennebu? I see that ther's a sawmill but no listing for wood at all in the "Prices" menu.

Re: Good 4x Logging Map
Download on the modhub :) Also, just a fyi, yes there are "ghost" buildings there. They are placed where there will come new buildings as the Buildings of norway pack gets updated. Two reasons for this : so you don't need a new savegame to get the new buildings, and so you know where they...

Re: Good 4x Logging Map
Thanks for the recommendations Noraf and zegg67, I'll definitely look into both of those. @UncleRico I'm currently on Elk Mountain and it is indeed a very detailed map. I absolutely love the mix of farming and forestry options. My only problem with it so far is that it sports the most outrageous am...

Re: Good 4x Logging Map
That system should be capable of running Rennebu pretty well ( it's a 16x map, that's why i asked if it had to be a 4x ;) ) I didn't even know of the existence of a "16x" map size. Holy smokes that's huge. I default to bigger maps because it increases the immersion factor dramatically eve...

Re: Good 4x Logging Map
The FDR stuff will work on any map. Most of the trees on Middleburg are not the forestry type, oak etc. If you want a big forestry map look on Realistic Gaming Crew website. Back Country 4x is exceptional. Warning though if you decide to get into the RGC mining stuff watch the tutorial, he has made...

Good 4x Logging Map
Hi all. I've played Alma to death and now want to expand into a good 4x map with a mix of logging and farming to keep me occuppied. Preferably it must be compatible with FDR logging equipment which didn't seem to like the trees in the Middelburg 4x map I just tried out. Any advice appreciated.

Re: MAPS I miss the most in FS22
I've played a handful of base game and modded maps in FS22 that seem good to me but without more experience I can't know what's missing. Everything is subjective of course so this is only my opinion. Personally I think maps need to look and feel like real living places. There needs to be great atte...

Re: MAPS I miss the most in FS22
Decent maps for FS22 are definitely its weak spot. OxygenDavid's are both fantastic and a nod to the past glories of FS17. BulletBill's Herefordshire map looks amazing if/when he ever releases it. I can totally see why those guys want to draw a line over their past maps and not update them for FS22...

I'd be tickled pink to buy a dlc expansion that focused on the Australian scene. What the OP describes sounds fascinating to me.

Re: First Harvest
Thanks for the advice, guys. I'm on Alma, too, and money is very tight. Planning on doing every contract I can get my hands on to ***. Hopefully the fields I planted, and yes, did my best to follow all the steps as I undersand them, will set me up for financial success going into year 2. Edit: not s...

First Harvest
I'm on New Farmer Mode, PF and Seasons enabled. I have 78 acres planted with barley and according to the Field Info box when I walk around in my various fields it looks like I can expect the maximum yield come harvest. My question relates to what I do with the first harvest of fields I've planted an...

Re: Potato harvesting.
i see what you mean . unless theres no data for the usa? The northern plains of the United States grows a huge amount of wheat and other small grains but with the climate we have a pretty short growing season. It’s like end of April beginning of May to end of August through September depending on t...
