Wait, the silo is right next to the production site? If a silo is too close to a production site, what you are experiencing can happen.

You want the densityMap files,infoLayer files, and the terrain.heightmap.png file.
I think you need the splitShapes.gmss file too.

On pc, edit the placeables,xml file to move the materials to another storage location.

On console, use a mod (Government Subsidy) to give yourself enough money to repurchase the materials using one of the mods which allow you to buy them (Buyable Products for instance).

I do not have "Pumps and Hoses" but I was not able to reproduce it by trying with all the other dlc active.
Maybe there is a conflict with a game setting? Try renaming the file gameSettings.xml so that it is recreated with the base settings.

Most people will say fertilizer. I say you can make a good chunk of money by using one of the contract mods and doing as many contracts as you can. If you don't have the equipment, borrow it and If there are multiple of the same type of contract, don't collect on it and use the borrowed equipment on...

Find the backup folder with the last save you want to go back to and copy all the files to the current savegame folder.

Are you on pc or console?
If on pc, are you using one of the contract mods and have you checked the log file for errors?

Are you on PC? If so, what does your log file say?

If not you are going to have to start removing mods,to figure out which may be causing problems.

Did you activate the seeder?

And lower it?

What does the error log say?
