Snapping feature in texture painting
Would it be possible to enable snapping when painting textures on the ground? I'd like to be able to paint a straight line on console without having to worry about a slight bump to the left of right messing it up.

Re: Make game speed mean something
The same problem applies, the equipment moves too slow. Not to mention, your still limited in the width of some implements. Maybe it is something not all down to Giants but also down to the equipment manufacturers not wanting to be misrepresented. In 19 wasn't this an issue with a map that came wit...

Re: Make game speed mean something
If you want to plant harvest and replant in your 2 hours of play time, why not just use large equipment on really small fields? And do small field contracts. In other words scale down the game so a $1000 year end profit would mean the same to you as a $100,000 one. It's all fake money anyway, you d...

Re: Make game speed mean something
If you weren't on console this might be of interest: https://farming-simulator.com/mod.php?lang=en&country=us&mod_id=227913&title=fs2022 The speed of the game is just about the time of day and growth stages. Equipment speed has always been real time. There was a fast farming bug in FS19...

Re: Make game speed mean something
I also think you're missing my point of how speeding the game up would affect everything, including you as a player. If I start harvesting a field at 9:00 game time (GT) and 9:00 real time (RT). At 1x speed GT I'm still finishing at 930 GT & RT. At 2x speed, it's still 930 GT, but it's only 915 ...

Re: Make game speed mean something
If I played on PC, I would absolutely edit my equipment to do just that. Unfortunately, I'm on console. I know first hand how slow farm work is, I grew up on one, and spent summers working on them. I do enjoy the field work that FS provides, but I also want the feeling of accomplishment in the littl...

Re: Make game speed mean something
I think a worker wage reflecting the work done vs time spent is a good idea but I don’t think I would like the quicker worker. I feel like it would result in the game having even less to do. The good part of fast forward is passing time while doing tasks that don’t take a ton of time so when the ta...

Make game speed mean something
Since we're stuck with at plant growth time, fast farming has been removed mostly. Why not make the game speed reflect how fast you and workers take to complete a task. For example, if you hire a worker to plow a field at 6mph, and it takes 20 minutes real time to complete, if you change the game sp...

Re: FS22 Contract Trouble
Had a bit of a break in the field work, so I thought I would take my first FS22 contract. There was a single harvest contract on the list for oats on field 37 (Elmcreek). I get to field 37 only to find that not only is it not ready to harvest, but its not oats (turns out it sorghum). I'll give it s...
