Thank you. I was already doubting about the log, couldn't find the clue.
I read in the meantime some thing about the Alpine DLC, its a nice DLC and sad it has some collisions with other mods.

Hi, disabling the Alpine did the trick!
I like to know, on which row in the log.txt can I see this exactly, I like to find out things so I can help myself and others in future.

I started just the game, and see the hall. It is not on my properties list.
I bought a new one and place near to it. Saved the game. Added the log here.

STarted the game again and now the first hall is gone and the second is still there but same problems, empty.
