I am not too technical with nowadays computers, but think I had the same issue back this past spring. I had to open my graphics settings and turn on vsync from there as well. You should be able to search NVIDIA from your desktop.

Reset the stacker wagon and bulldoze the bales in the sell point with high hp vehicle.

Rest the baler and the bales will drop to the ground.

Have had cotton bales vanish doing this, but not any problems with straw, grass, hay.
