So no one knows if there is a limitation of the game for using F13 thru F24?

I have a extended keyboard that is setup to use F13 thru F22 and I can’t get the game to bind any keys higher then F15. I have verified that the keyboard is working by binding the keys in other programs. Is there a limit within the game that would limit this?

PC/Steam after patch my games randomly stop saving. They were saving before the patch now its hit or miss if the game will save or not. When it freezes up and you close the game the game data is lost.
