I'm on PS4 and have had this issue for the past week or so also

I'm having the exact same issue with FS19 also on PS4, along with my nephew on his PS4

I am having issues with the mods on FS19 not downloading from the mod menuin the game. I am on PS4 and have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and most of the mods and maps will download for awhile then go back to pending and eventually say failed. Not just mine either my nephews account on his ps...
