I have the same problem I have tried uninstalling the game updating and restarting the xbox delete games and it looks good for a wile but then same thing stops saving.

My game won’t save in career mode haven’t played or logged on the multiplayer yet! I am playing on an Xbox one. Grate game but starting to loose my patience with only playing 12 -15 hours save time and having to delete and start again!
