I think they might mean the yellow and black interactive zone markers. Under general settings and look for interactive zone markers and switch to on.

That would depend on what version you are currently running. The version is displayed top left on the main menu screen of the game. Currently its 1.5.0.0 is the latest version.

A fanboy of modders maybe yes because I respect their right to add or in this case what they dont want to add on their maps. Unlike some who openly criticise modders for the choices they make on what features they add or in this case dont add. I love being a fanboy!!
