If you start on New Farmer, then the area just below your house is almost completely flat. I clearcut it, put in a grass field and the iron foundry, with a sheep pen or two.

If you're going to load every log and pallet by hand or with a forklift etc., then that is what you will be doing 90% of the time. Some people do seem to enjoy that.
