Really like what the mod adds but first thing I do when there is an update is edit the eas_animals.xml to lower the amounts for cows as I was making too much money from milk.

Consumption & Production is meant to be higher than base game with Enhanced Animal mod.

When i am on map mode on any of the maps and then i go to purchase farm land, when i click on farm land all the field numbers are swapping from where they were on the map over view to the land buy. ie say field 42 was in the top ...

The mods you are using are by ZoddelZockt, you are expected to use their Sawmill as it does not make the wood beams supported by the Platinum DLC as it has a different filltype name.

Unfortunately Giants are not allowing me to add the i3d files to the mod so that I can increase the pickup widths.

Before updating a map you should read the changelog to see if a new save is required, the latest update for Stone Valley required a new save and this is likely the reason why your existing save is now not working.

I'm almost certain any materials will be credited if you sell it. Test it and see. Save, sell and if you only get the price for the bakery then just reload the game Tested. No incoming material is returned to me. You wouldn't get anything returned to you at best it will sell the contents at a base ...

Yea that was my thought but watching FarmSimSnowy remove hedges and fences on Console made me think that as well. Wonder that why you cant, even if you own that property. Just wishing there was more freedom on Console ya know and you cant get rid of debris on land you purchase as well...besides one...

Apart from the cow pasture, none of the cow barns take water manually.
it is probably a mod he has that is adding water into the animal menu even though the barn doesn't actually take water manually.

Usually the map maker includes edited bale type xml files in the map with the extra crop types added, I would suspect that they didn't add the xml for the 120cm bales. EDIT: Just checked there is an edited 120cm bale xml included but it is not being referenced by the map_bales.xml as the other bale ...
