My game settings are not applying whatsoever.
When selecting everything how I like it and saving the game (although I think that isn't necessary) the settings do not apply.
It simply doesn't have any impact on the gameplay.

Having the same problem on one of my savegames, the others are fine.
If I start a completely new savegame the problem doesn't persist.
