Have you tried to restart, new purchased land is only recognised after a restart

For as far as i can calculate it, your loan is capped at 500k. When your land vallue is greater then that it becomes 80% of that meaning your land vallue of 750k your loan can be 600k (700.000*0,8)

Totally agreed with Rico. I think whats rolled out so far is great, and like with al dlcs even the ones from giants at Anny point can be seen as useless for someone thats not interested in the things. Here its all depending on what kind of drivers license you have. Towing is restricted for newer licenses, the max weight of a trailer and whats transported is 3500kg. Doesn't leave a lot of room for cargo
