So when I load it with no mods but the two required mods I get to 32% and it stops, but when I load it with all my selected mods I get to 38%. So I’m at a lost of what to do. This screen NEEDS a download missing mods button. It's the least that Giants could do. Because if you ever played the game then you know you had to write them down. Download the 4 or 5 it would list. I'd say the real issue here, isn't the mod dependencies, but the lack of options for managing having many mods.. It would still be the same MB size. So the only real solution I can think of would be a way to tag mods to maps.
