Really want to upgrade to pc but know hardly nothing about them. ive been reading this thread, but am not sure exactly what to look for. i have found this pc for my budget, would this play on a 4k uhd tv with high settings? I've got lagging too? In loading textures in the game got for few seconds lagging... Before patch there we no such think...

I use 3d max. When I forgot to put any proper UV mapping + materials = thats pop up In GE when you load materials there.
You Just don't have UV mapping coordinates on your 3d detail.
