Re: John Deere Confirmed for FS19

I hope John Deere are paying Giants a chunk of money too be in FS19, being late to the party as they are. and I hope IF other manufacture consider dropping out of FS## because of JD, then I hope Giants will drop JD to keep the likes of AGCO and CNH, as the very last thing we need is an all green sel...

Re: [WON'T FIX] Can't harvest sugarcane during rain

there are many crops you can harvest in the rain, if you can afford to dry them, and the ones that don't need drying and themselves are unaffected by rain directly can still fall foul of the other limiting factor, field conditions, a majority of fields you would NOT even enter with standing water on...

unfolding it while moving at speed often causes the right side wing to sit out of line/canted, as when moving and unfolding it the wheels on the wings contact the ground at an angle (midway through the unfolding phase) and yank the seed drill hard to one side putting a large force on the right wing,...

Re: Liters? Why not kilograms.

Yea and what happened to bushels? a bushel is another one of them units of measure that is NOT a constant, i.e. a bushel (UK) is 8 gallons (UK) thus is 36.36872L and can be used for both dry and liquid measure,‪ a bushel (US) is specifically a dry measure which is 8 gallons (US dry)(9.3092 liquid g...

Re: Case IH Sugarcane harvester problem

the standard HKD302 tipper trailer (21000L) fits and works perfectly on the back of the Case IH Sugarcane harvester, it also holds more than either 12000L and 20000L sugarcane trailers. the trailer harvester is designed with higher drawbar vertical loads in mind, with a hydraulic pickup hitch for qu...

Re: Introduction: Sugarcane

@RODHA why would you expect to attach one of the new sugarcane tipper trailers on the back of the Case 8800 harvester? there are 4 standard tipper trailers that you can tow with the Case 8800, two of which hold more than 12000L and one of which holds more than two of the new sugarcane tipper (12000L...

between 1866 and 1900 many units in the US stopped being defended by Imperial or the older English units, instead they were defined in direct relation to the international meter and the international kilogram, meaning the yard, foot, inch, pound, oz in the US had no connection in law to the precedin...

I don't believe it is tippling into a planter, as planters plant billets of sugarcane which are ~1ft (~0.3m) long, while what's in the trailer looks much more like chaff which would be useless.
