I just quick looked the file and it's JohnDeereTires_diffuse.dds file, which has the tire color, that should be edited. As for motor power there's Claas_Arion.xml file- which contains <motor> .... </motor> data, which pretty much defines that tractors speed and movement also there's a <downForce>4</...
