Your yOffset might be too high. Try starting at yOffset="0.05" and slowly bring it up.
Next try reversing the minZ & maxZ.

Which i3d Exporter are you using?

Is the Closet the parent of the the Drawers in Blender?

Is the scale of your objects all set to 1-1-1?

The start and end points need to be on the same horizontal plain. The end point is a child of the start point so try moving only the start point.

In the ChangeLog for PATCH 1.11 is the following line:
Fixed some vehicle graphics (zFights, collisions, characters, decals)
Anyone know what "zFights" refers to?

Guy’s We’re trying to create a small tree trunk (3m), in Blender. When we put I3d into game, its not cuttable. Have you done this? Is there a video? I suggest you find a reference MOD xml that does what you want your mod to do.
Also look at the mass in your xlm file.
