i have the phenom 8350 and a r9 290 4 gb vram and 32 gb system ram. i usually get 60 fps anywhere in fs19. it might get more but the game is limited to 60 fps i think. i did use a geforce 660 but upgraded it for ark survival evolved. my system has never used more than 10 gb in fs but i got the 32gb ...

i just checked memory usage for fs 19. on my machine it used 2.3 gb system ram and 1.8 gb of video ram with the ravenport map. the os it self uses about 1 gb.
IF it actually loaded on the op machine it would hit the swap file alot. id think fs 11 or 13 would be a better match for the hardware.

you are playing with a mod, you should see if it does it without any mods before you report it to giants.
