Re: Western Wilds fieldstone
If I am, I have to refer you to the map maker's comment in the map description that painting ground textures will disable fieldstone generation in the area painted. Nope-the quote on the mod description is: "Also I have added plow state to landscape ground painting textures! PLEASE NOTE: that ...

Re: Western Wilds fieldstone
Use a plough instead of the landscaping tool? Ploughing is "proper hardcore", landscaping tool is "easy mode". Helpful. Let me rephrase then, even using a plow over a piece of ground that has been painted (making a road or barn yard), no stones will show up on field creation- ev...

Western Wilds fieldstone
I'm playing on Western Wilds (pc), as hardcore as I can make it. Just found out that if you make a field over a piece of ground that has been painted, no fieldstones appear. I want the stones, and have not been able to get them to reappear. Anybody know how to get them back. (Fieldstones are turned ...

Re: Small Guide on PC's
I’ve run out of room for mods on my Xbox, so looking to move to pc. The issue is, I’m an over the road truck driver, so looking for something small but powerful that I can hook to the tv in my truck and also hook to my tv when I’m home. Also something that should be able to handle the next generatio...

Oh no, I really hate to tell you this since it seems to be the most important thing you’ve ever done in life, but I’ve been using that system on the man tanker truck for quite a long time. Not a big leap to put it on a new tanker that has a rear hitch.

The Griffin S 730, configurations in the high twenties, has the front three point hitch too.

3. Mercury Farms 2. Sussex Farms 1. No Man’s Land Yeah, there’s a theme. I just like AJ’s maps, a lot. Weirdly enough, never downloaded a single one on FS17, so had no idea what I was missing. I really dislike tight European maps and had kind of given up on FS19 for several months until I stumbled a...

Hoping it will also grind down non spruce/fir trees. Those are my biggest annoyance.

Re: Mercury Farms by Alien Jim (Official Topic)
At the large sheep pen, where the wool is gathered, only three pallets can fit in that spot even though it looks like room for four. Xbox, starting from scratch, your large sheep pen. Thanks, loving this map. Edit: never mind, false alarm. The game crashed on me, so reloaded and now four pallets fit...

Re: Mercury Farms by Alien Jim (Official Topic)
For straight lines in making fields, plow what you want or even a bit more. Then put the roller on the back of a tractor with a front mount cultivator on the front. Line up what you want to roll then hire worker. He will cultivate in a straight line pulling the roller behind him.

Re: Are sheep worth it?
I’m actually running sheep on my start from scratch map and they are making me money, but it’s slow. I’m pretty happy to sell the wool for anything over 650 per thousand liters, although I did have a great demand that bumped the price up to just over 1000. Each sheep can also be sold without a lives...

Sheep farming problems.
I’m going to put out there the problems I’ve been having with sheep farming since sheep usually get overlooked. Playing start from scratch on Xbox with large sheep farm. 1000 liter wool bales? Ok, I understand you want to change things up, but then only giving us four spaces for the smaller bales? 2...

Re: Regarding early copies to YouTube streamers
Was wondering why I hadn’t seen a stream from him yet. He’s the only one I follow nowadays for farming simulator. It’s too bad. Watched a couple other streams today, and pretty sure neither of the guys had spent any serious time with the previous games.

I'd just be happy if they could do an auger wagon that doesn't destroy crops.
