Re: Refund
An Xbox controller will work fine if all you have plugged in is it and a keyboard and mouse. And even then, it doesn't work for everyone that way. And it certainly didn't work fine for me from day one. Still doesn't work unless I remove all other devices, which I will not do, since that means having...

Re: [KNOWN ISSUE] Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
I'm not going to try to remap all inputs. That’s a lot of inputs to try to figure out. That’s a silly suggestion. A tremendous amount of work to fix something that shouldn’t be broken in the first place. You’re not paying me to QA your product. You have sold me a game that can’t do the simple task o...

Re: Refund
It's actually a 2 hour limit and 14 days. Just go to Steam/support and look at your receipt for this game and the "request a refund" option will be there.

Re: Input Binding work around using FS17
I don't see how this can work at all. The config files for both games use different conventions. And if it somehow could work, why in the world would you start from scratch in FS17 setting all buttons rather than just copy your current FS17 config file over as is? I'd give this a try, but I've very ...

Re: [PC]Configuring the controller Logitech G29 + Driving Force Shifter + Wireless Gamepad F710
I was told by support that mouse and keyboard count as 2 devices. This limit of 4, including those, is ridiculous in this day and age. I don't have to unplug any of my many joysticks/throttles/gamepads for controls to work correctly in FS13/15/17!! And I tried unplugging all devices but 4 (mouse, jo...

Re: [READ] Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
It appears no real help will be forthcoming.
I'll just get a refund and stick with FS17.

Re: [READ] Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
In addition, your advice doesn't even work. If I unplug all but one extra device (so keyboard, mouse, gamepad, and one additional device...doesn't matter which one) the game will map those three commands to the OTHER device no matter what it is, rendering the gamepad buttons useless. So, your new co...

Re: [READ] Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
Does not help, and, frankly, is inexcusable in this day. I have 222 Steam games and a number of other games and sims and not a single one of the others requires me to unplug things to play. This just isn’t that hard to get right. I didn’t have to unplug anything in FS15 or FS17! It is clearly the th...

Re: Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
I unplugged all the other four peripherals, removed the reference to them in the inputBindings file, restarted my computer, started the game, reset all bindings (since there was only the mouse and gamepad showing at that point) and tested the game. Everything worked as it should. Then I plugged in t...

[KNOWN ISSUE] Xbox 360 shoulder buttons not recognized
I have a number of joysticks and other controllers. FS19 recognizes them all, but assigns controls to the first in the list (a joystick). Even when I switch devices, it keeps the controls assigned to the joystick. I went into inputBinding and replaced all the joystick id entries with my Xbox id (0_X...

Re: Lease or buy
To this day I have never used the lease option. In real life I'll never lease anything either. Either it's mine or it isn't. If I can't afford to have it out-right, I don't deserve it financially. So I treat it the same in the game. What does it possibly mean not to deserve something you can't affo...

Re: The point of Thin Wheels?
The starting tractors are the Case and New Holland low hp tractors, and I guess they don't take care wheels. I guess I'll have to buy a different tractor for doing the weeding. I suppose I can trade one of the Case tractors in on it.

Re: The point of Thin Wheels?
Hmmm....I took them to the shop, and opened the customize menu, but it only gave me standard and wide as wheel options.

Re: The point of Thin Wheels?
Where do you get the care wheels? Are they available for the standard Case and New Holland that come with the farm?
