GIANTS: Steam - Premium Edition antics
I have been a long time supporter of Giants and the farming simulator franchise, having all previous released titles on pc since 08 edition and most of the DLC throughout the years, not to mention getting others to buy and play the games. And while I was annoyed by how fs19 dlc was handled, when tho...

Re: Sugar Cane - What you should know
There are alot of cane implements that have been left out. Most having to do with tillage. There are no bedding tools available which is disappointing to me. Also all the cane farmers in my area sidedress ammonium nitrate liquid fertilizer in the spring to help get the crop going and there is no op...

Re: Sugar Cane - What you should know
They also should have included a stool splitter fertilizer in the pack for the full range of equipment. Instead of just surface spraying (from what I can tell, that is much less efficient when fertilizing sugar cane than direct fertilizing) use the proper equipment! :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Re: Sugar Cane - What you should know
Besides, although the planters accept solid fertilizer only, the animation shows liquid is applied while planting. Weird. I think that is the best way to represent Fert? Maybe solid Fert looked more strange. If you look on the sides of the planter you see 2 hoppers with pipes down right next to whe...

Re: Reduced Engine Performance
I'm experiencing the same. I would't mind too much as it works fine when pulling in a straight line (reduced strength) but turning with anything is horrible now and crawls down to just a few km/h. you have more torque than that IRL

Re: [FS17] Bug Collection Thread (Version 1.4 and up)
DukaSoft, Farming Simulator 17 does not support more than 60fps (disabling the framerate limiter is only for development/testing purposes), we'll however keep this on our list of features for future versions. Then you need to fix it, as I have to disable the frame limiter to be able to play the gam...

Re: Grass heaps WAY too big
Well yes, but your just unloading in one spot, drive while unloading, spread the sugar, and when you have the biggest forage/loading wagon it will be quite alot. Ehh.. I'm not sure if you are trolling or just refusing to understand what I mean and actually look at the heap generated by unloading an...

Re: Grass heaps WAY too big
Nope, the size of the wagons is ok. its the grass heap when you unload them that is insane.BigC92 wrote: Wait Wait Wait, you mean the pickup loading wagons? You do know irl they get quite huge and hold alot, so why you complaining? Bigger the wagons, the faster you'll get done.

Re: Grass heaps WAY too big
The heaps do get a lil to big, but when you dump then the grass is completly loose. So it fluffs out alot. The crops don't fluff out at all. Dumping from a loading wagon does not uncompact it that much. Volume wise I would say... maybe 10% increase in volume from when it was in the wagon. As it is ...

Re: [FS17] Feedback
Running 480 8gb with custom (high and most things moved to max), get around 95-110 fps. I found there was one or two settings that did little for the look of the game, but really hit the fps hard. (don't remember witch atm as I don't have the game in front of me) Could you tell which settings hit t...

Grass heaps WAY too big
You unload from a loading wagon and it takes 2-3x the volume on the ground, than what is physically possible to fit in a wagon. If you take a front loader with a universal bucket you somehow magically fit a heap half the size of the tractor in the little bucket. And it doesn't take anywhere near tha...

Re: [FS17] Feedback
By the way, what graphics level are you running on your RX 480? I will be returning my RX 470 because I am disappointed in it and will be buying the RX 480. Running 480 8gb with custom (high and most things moved to max), get around 95-110 fps. I found there was one or two settings that did little ...

Re: [FS17] Feedback
A machine should be able to go faster or slower depending on the header or equipment it is using. A 8 row header doesn't bring as much in the combine as a 12 or 16 row header so it should be able to handle it faster. Same with the tractors kW/HP and the width of a cultivator. Combines should be var...

Tipped straw - "not a bug"
"- Tipped straw from a loading wagon is way too much (it's intended. Loading wagons compress straw when loaded)" I know they have said its not a bug, but seriously, when tipped its almost 150% the volume that it would be IRL. (maybe a little over 130% if I lay my goodwill into it) Loading ...

Re: [FS17] Feedback
Yeah in real life you can unload everywhere. So like if you play in cab view, if you don't aim to get above the trailer and start unloading you will unload next to it. And like unloading on one place of the trailer you should move to fill the trailer everywhere properly or the grain will go over th...
