Re: Patch, updates, Devs Please

If they learned nothing from previous games (which is unfortunately highly likely), they will only release a few updates for the game over its lifetime, completely ignoring whatever problems people report whatever amount of times. Normal games under active development receive pathes maybe once a mon...

Re: Should I wait to buy FS22?

There is be a patch before christmas, then more patches next year. Plus mods are missing for now. No harm in waiting a month or 2. Yes, I presume history will repeat itself for xxx'th time where the company will release maybe three updates in a year, only fixing a few things in each and completely ...

Re: Fs22 First Impressions (Community Conversation)

I haven't bought the game yet because I always wait for reviews and I did watch a lot of the videos from Partners, from what I've seen so far it is pretty disappointing in my opinion. Rain and snow passes through the tractor cabin Snow passes through buildings (just like the old bug with the rain) ...

Re: Circle of death / render distance (solved)

Very reassuring to see bugs like this when I am thinking whether to buy the game or not.

CGI? So not actual ingame stuff at all? We saw this misleading stuff with FS17.

Re: Farming Simulator 19 unveils its very first screenshot!

DirectX 11, 12, Vulkan, or what API is the game going to use? The game is plagued with absolutely pathetic performance for the visuals it has, so I am pretty sceptical about FS19.

Re: [WIP] Bjornholm FS17

But is the other version at least as good as this one? Maybe it would still be worth releasing this (if you have the time).
What if the other one is simply a quick conversion without all the extra work put into trees etc. etc.?
Your map also has some extra custom stuff in it.

Re: [FS17] Bug Collection Thread (Version 1.4.2)

These bugs from 1.3 thread are still not fixed : - Acceleration and Braking is very jerky. Vehicles suddenly speed up This is clearly observable when you start to drive from standing still. A tractor starts moving and then suddenly does a jerky jump forward and then continues in relatively normal wa...

Re: Update 1.4 For FS-17 PC EDition

I believe they are flat out lying about the supposed list of fixed bugs. I strongly believe they simply took the bug list from 1.3 thread and pasted it to new thread claiming it's a list of bug fixes. I randomly checked some and none of them were fixed at all. For example the censored player names, ...

Re: Wow AGAIN!

simply put.. this isnt exclusive to giants.. But they seem to be extremely consistent at delivering just this quality in all of their games. Release bugged game, leave it bugged, release a grand total of three or so patches that fix f**k with months between them, and then call it and release a new ...

I sure hope it will. They've been getting away with sub-par technical quality of their products for a LONG time. Quality of content aside, FS is ridiculous pile of garbage from technical standpoint.

There is a promising looking game starting with C coming out late this year. This is a lost cause.

Re: [FS17] Bug Collection Thread (Version 1.4 and up)

Stegei, you know what? I don't believe you. You claim the list in the first post contains everything that was fixed. That would mean that everything listed in the 1.3 bug list (since the lists are almost identical) got fixed (which would be very unusual for GIANTS). For example. - When creating a ch...

Re: [FS17] Bug Collection Thread (Version 1.4 and up)

Octopuss, the post had actually a bug. The list does contain the detailed list changes we made with patch 1.4. I changed the post accordingly. DukaSoft, Farming Simulator 17 does not support more than 60fps (disabling the framerate limiter is only for development/testing purposes), we'll however ke...

Re: [FS17] Bug Collection Thread (Version 1.4 and up)

Shouldn't the list NOT contain bugs that were fixed in 1.4? It's pretty much the same as the one in 1.3 thread. Does this mean none of that was fixed? I'm comparing the lists, and you removed about 6 entries vs the 1.3 list and simply keep adding new ones. It makes no sense whatsoever. You're making...
