Re: Start rich or start poor?
If playing on PC, and planning to settle into a map, I like to sell everything and reduce my cash to only being able to afford a pickup and chainsaw. Then I'll save that game, and copy the file to a backup folder so I can restart from that level if I decide to replay the map. I like the slow paced g...

Re: [FS19]FactSheetFriday: HOLMER Terra Variant DLC - Terra Variant 435 & 585, Glide-Fix 15, Manurespreader XM3
I think that got a bit confusing. So, let me explain in a bit more detail. HDD/SSD space is your physical space in any device to store data. Hence, all your games, DLCs, mods, etc will take up space on your HDD regardless the fact that you are on console or PC. Mod space is a completely different t...

One way to know for sure is to change the "MaxNum" value and see what happens.

Re: Just a thought
Modular property elements would be a nice touch. Placeable swimming pools, tennis courts, flower beds for example. Maybe an attached (house) garage for your pickup or car. Little things that have no maintenance cost and are just meant to spend money on and improve the look of players farms. These li...

Re: Can we get a decent map pleaser???
I haven’t played in over 2 months. Why can’t we get a decent map and why can’t Giants make maps a priority in the mid testing process? You forgot to define what a "decent" map would consist of. As for testing maps before other mods, imagine yourself standing in line to pay for your grocer...

The only way weeds will start to grow faster is if you increase the game speed.

Re: One mans ramblings on Realism
I think the word Simulator in the games title is misleading some people. This is more of a mishmash of farming activities. Some activities are implemented with more details than others. Some activities seem more like ideas that were started, and never completed. So ignore the word Simulator and just...

Re: I'm just gonna say it
Knowing you're going to be crucified is probably one of the main reasons why the negative opinion threads have died down. Giants should take this kind of thread and realize that they could pick up the slack themselves. However, I doubt they will see it that way, and 21 will rely as heavily on mods a...

If you did want a forestry simulator, which one would you buy?
Since you can do farming in this game, I guess you got what you wanted.

Re: Chris, Listerian and everyone at Giants software
I have loved the series for several years, and will hopefully continue. It took me a couple tries to get into this version. I've had some complaints, some were addressed. Chris and Lis have been pretty good with communication, especially with mod testing. I think this version has seen a huge number ...

It says it'll be fixed in the next patch. Which could very well be FS21.mirceast19 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2019 1:08 pmviewtopic.php?f=985&t=145796#p1134637

Because some readers decided the opinion of the OP was negative and different than theirs. That's always how it gets sparked.redglasses wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 6:35 pm How come this mod in particular sparked soooo much toxicity here?

Re: Force Feedback
So I guess Giants implemented the "fluid link via hydraulics" so they wouldn't need force feedback.
Tractors in real life feel like they're driving on glass, I guess. I wish car makers would do the same.
