Are the achievements tracked across all saves or does it only track one save? For example, do i have to breed the cows on one and the same save or can i just change to another save whenever i want to and still get the achievement

Where are all the silos located? I emptied 2 silo's, the one on the main farm and the one on the animal farm. The menu shows there is still some grass left in the silo's, but I cant seem to find the third one?
