Re: New to Farming

County Line and Nebraska Lands are my two favorite 4x maps. Both can be found on third part mod sites.

Re: Fs 21 discussion thread

Not sure if anyone has suggested this in FS21 or not, but please, please, please make "Unload Here" an option in MP. :this: Getting so freaking tired of these trolls dumping all of my grain on the ground. I had at least 5-10 trolls in the FIRST DAY of my server, unloading my grain on to the ground, ...

Re: No CD on new computer

There is no CD patch... When you download the patch, you click on the ISO and it will mount itself, then you can install the update. Here's how to convert from DVD to ISO: https://m.wikihow.com/Convert-a-CD-or-DVD-to-ISO-Image-Files It's pretty easy to convert DVD to ISO, just borrow your son's exte...

Re: Blowing the cobwebs off the base game classics

Once I got the game, the Fiat had to go. I really like the 2 7210 Pro's that we got though. Attractive design, decent speed, and good power.

Re: I think a thank you is long over due. So....

I couldn't have said it better my self @LS09 God, the Giants team did a good job on FS19. I know there was a lot of negativity at the beginning, but that's just bound to happen with any new game release. But I think the game has gotten way better than when it debuted.

Re: FPS?

(On PC) From what I have learned, a lot of mods that are selected in a save game will indeed cause lag issues. I have around 200 or so mods, only around 150 are enabled all at once on one of my mod map save games and I get fps drops especially when hiring worker and I get micro stutter issues, even ...

Re: Small Guide on PC's

Ah, ok. I probably won't get it if it won't be much better. I might just wait until next year and see how my machine works with FS21.

Thanks for all the help! I really appreciated it. :) Just noticed you have 5FDP in your profile picture, nice, I like them as well lol.

Re: i5-6500 + GTX 1070 Ti... Bottleneck?

At what graphic settings do you play ? Could you buy 20-30 tractors or trucks in the same spot and tell me whats your FPS now ? Im only curious about your FPS when you have lots of vehicles in one spot. Thnx. I play on High (stock settings with 5 mirrors + realistic beacons) Fellsbrunn: 40-45 fps w...

Re: Small Guide on PC's

Ah, I see... Would the i5-9600K make much of a difference over my i5-6500? I know it is newer, has 2 more cores, and it is .5ghz more power. Just not sure if I want to dump $210 on a new CPU and have it not be any better than what I got. If it is way better than what I got, then I would consider get...

Re: Small Guide on PC's

Thank you for your reply! I used MSI Afterburner and my results are (Using County Line 4x map): GPU: avg. 55%; 55c-60c CPU: avg. 47%; 40c RAM usage: 6gb But sometimes they are neck and neck. I just bought new 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance RAM sticks that are 3.0ghz, but I can only use 2133mhz, when I try ...

Re: Small Guide on PC's

A 1TB Samsung EVO drive is only $110 at the moment. Really good SSD. I have that in my system now and wow, what a difference! I think my old HDD was slowly on its way out. Just purchased a EVGA RTX 2060 XC Ultra from Best Buy on sale today and it is a really good card for the money, imo. I was able ...

Re: i5-6500 + GTX 1070 Ti... Bottleneck?

Didn't know there was thread on that, I will check it out, thanks. :)

Decided to bite the bullet on a EVGA RTX 2060 and is definitely better than RX 470. I get about 15-20 more fps. I think it was worth the money for it. Hopefully it should last awhile.

Re: i5-6500 + GTX 1070 Ti... Bottleneck?

Did a different test today while playing FS19. I updated my gpu driver to AMD's Adrenalin 2020 update and it has a built in performance monitor. It's saying my cpu is averaging about 50%, whereas gpu is close to or at 100% when there is a load. This is a little confusing, because Task Manager gave a...

Re: Questions for American Famers

In my area Anhydrous, is seldom used due to the large amounts of pigs and cattle in our area. It is very dangerous to use. But can be handled safely. Urea is most commonly used if no manure. With Anhydrous second. What part of the state are you in? I am in the eastern section of Iowa, and quite a b...
