I'd like to start a new farm on Hard

Hi, recently purchased Fs15 on PS4 and want to try some multiplayer.

I'd like to start a completely new farm with one or two players from scratch on hard difficulty.

Would only play when all players are online. Preferably 18+ and with mic.
