Re: Milk problem
There is text with some of the cows saying " next animal in 0.4years " or some other numbers, but that's it. I'll check the game game when I'll get home. Ok that might explain it. Cows only produce milk after giving birth so that might explain it. In most cases you should get the first ca...

Re: Milk problem
I mean that I have over 60 cows and all of them are different breeds. I have different numbers of every breeds. This is odd so need some more information. Milk production is linked to cows giving birth. Have you during those years received any calves? Are any of the cows even pregnant? Check the an...

Re: Milk problem
So what cattle breeds do you have? From the manual on our home page : Limousin, Saler and Brahman are beef breeds where you buy steers (male animals) for further fattening. They will not breed or produce milk (as they are male animals). Holstein and Ayshire are dairy breeds so you buy female heifers...

Re: Cows - increasing food consuption
You need to change the value for food in animals.xml. So look for this part: <animal type="COW"> <subType fillTypeName="COW_TYPE_BROWN" name="Limousin" > <input straw="1800" water="0.06" food="0.03" /> This value is the percentage of body w...

Re: Known mod conflicts.
From what has been told to me, the Massey Ferguson Hesston 1840 and Seasons aren't compatible. The small bales disappear from what I gather. This has been a reoccuring problem with small bale baler mods since the first version of Seasons came out. It is caused by the baler mods not having defined a...

Re: About animals and seasons
The cornish cross which is the fastest growing one should be sold when it is around 10-11 lbs or 5 kg. Remember though it does not become older than 0.25 years so need to sell before that in any case.

Re: [Video] Rennebu map WIP presentation
Looks great olahaldor.
Good that you making new aspects. It is what will bring a real Norwegian character to the map I think. In addition to the terrain naturally.
I've driven through this beautiful valley many times and look forward to seeing more of your progress. Keep up the good work.

Re: Silage not fermenting
In your savegame folder there is a file called items.xml. Within that file you can find the silage pit (search for "silo"). Then you will see a variable called fermentingTime. Just increase that value, reload the game and the silage is ready to be used.

Re: Seasons difficulty
The problem with 3 day seasons is not ground temperatures as far as I've heard, but more with regards to not being able to harvest in autumn or when making hay since you can several days with rain in a row. I've made is such that crops dry faster on 3 day seasons than on longer seasons, but that has...
